PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiving system or the like whereby a mobile communication terminal can achieve excellent television viewing.;SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 100 receives television broadcasting from a broadcast apparatus 200. In this case, the mobile communication terminal 100 transmits its own positional information and reception level information denoting a broadcast reception state to a distribution apparatus 300 via a mobile communication network 10. The distribution apparatus 300 uses the positional information and the reception level information transmitted from the mobile communication terminal 100 to generate/update information denoting a reception state in a broadcast area. Further, the distribution apparatus 300 predicts a mobile destination of the mobile communication terminal 100 on the basis of a history of the positional information transmitted from the mobile communication terminal 100 at any time, distributes contents data the same as broadcast contents to the mobile communication terminal 100 when the reception state of the predicted mobile destination is bad and allows the mobile communication terminal 100 to switch an acquisition destination of the contents data from the broadcasting into the distribution apparatus 300.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
