PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform disclosure management of information at a plurality of information storage systems having information individually. PSOLUTION: A user utilizes product development information which is stored in product development related systems 2 having function as information storing systems, by using an information use terminal device 1. Each of the product development related systems 2 performs information disclosure by a disclosure method which refers to information disclosure reference view which an information disclosure management system 3 prepares and discloses information in a disclosing method by following disclosure object users etc. which the view shows, when disclosing product development information to the information use terminal device 1. The information disclosure management system 3 stores master information such as organization structure information and personal affairs information, and generates information disclosure reference view for the product development related systems 2 of the request origin to refer to based on the master information on that time when being requested reference of view from the product development related systems 2.
