PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black liquor utilizing power generation system for clarifying regenerating energy utilizing black liquor and improving power generating efficiency, and to provide a black liquor utilizing power generation method and a black liquor utilizing power generation system reforming method. PSOLUTION: The black liquor utilizing power generation system comprises a first steam generating means (a black liquor recovery boiler 13) for burning black liquor produced in a production process (an evaporator 8) of producing paper from wood materials to generate steam, and a second steam generating means (an exhaust heat recovery boiler 16) provided as another system.
