PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means that smooth communication between a manager and operators related to changes of tasks in an office work management system.;SOLUTION: A center server and operator terminals installed in a center are connected via a network in the center. A manager, when changing an operator's task, sends a task change instruction to the operator's operator terminal from the center server. The operator selects whether or not to accept on a screen displayed on the operator terminal to receive a selection of whether or not to accept a task change by the task change instruction, and the operator terminal sends it to the center server to communicate the operator's opinion to the manager.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
