MICROOPENING FILM, ANALYSIS METHOD OF INTER-BIOMOLECULE INTERACTION AND ANALYZER THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microopening film, capable of surely detecting and quantifying the interaction between biomolecules with high detection sensitivity, an analysis method of inter-biomolecule interaction and an analyzer thereof.;SOLUTION: The microopening film 1 is used which comprises a membrane 4 provided with microopenings 6 and transmitting no light and the transparent substrate 5 for supporting the membrane 4 and having a transparent material 10 provided to the microopenings 6. The evanescent field 7 due to an exciting light 3 is produced from the microopenings 6 that are shorter than the wavelength of the exciting light 3. The first fluorescent biomolecule 2 on the transparent material 10 and the second fluorescent biomolecule 12, interacting with the first fluorescent biomolecule 12, are excited by the evernescent field 7, and the fluorescences of the first and second fluorescent biomolecules 2 and 12 are respectively detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
