PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction acceleration cell which controls an acceleration of a charged particle beam and a pair of induction acceleration devices which control a generation timing of an induction voltage to be impressed and provide an acceleration method of the charged particle beam.;SOLUTION: The induction acceleration device 5 is composed of an induction acceleration cell 6 which impresses an induction voltage, a switching power source 5b which impresses a pulse voltage to the induction acceleration cell 6 through a conducting cable, a DC charger 5c which supplies a power to the switching power source 5b, and an intelligent control unit 7 having a pattern generating unit 13 which generates a gate signal pattern 13a to control a turning on and off of the switching power source 5b and a digital signal processing unit 12 which controls a turning on and off of the gate mother signal 12a which is a basis of the gate signal pattern 13a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
