PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring system and a flow rate measuring technique capable of measuring flow rate of fluid passing through a flow meter without restriction of measuring locations, at an easy rate and with a high degree of accuracy.;SOLUTION: The flow rate measuring system 20 measuring flow rate of gas passing through a gas meter 1 or a dry type flowmeter is equipped with a microphone 21 detecting sound or vibration emitted from the gas meter 1, a counting section 23 counting the frequencies the levels of sound or vibration exceeds a predetermined threshold, a flow rate calculating section 24 calculating flow rate of fluid passing through the gas meter 1, based on the counted frequencies at the counting section 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
