PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing browsing of a document file for a personal computer by a personal digital assistant without restriction of a format.;SOLUTION: A mail processing means 111 separates a reception mail into a mail body and an attached document by a mail separation means 1101, converts the document into an image of a page unit by an image conversion means 1102, extracts a text by a text extraction means 1103, registers the image and the text into a server 113 by a data registration means 1104, adds information for access to a server 113 to the mail body by an additional file information addition means 1105, and transmits the mail to the personal digital assistant 112 by a mail transmission means 1106. The personal digital assistant 112 downloads the image and the text from the server 113 by a data download means 1109 according to the information for the access of the mail received by a mail reception means 1108, and simultaneously displays the image and the text, or changeover-displays one of them by an image text display means 1110.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
