PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive call back by controlling permission/rejection of an incoming call when the call back seems to come without requiring a complicated operation. PSOLUTION: The incoming side communication terminal has a call termination controller 21 which controls call termination of outgoing from a outgoing side communication terminal, a standby telephone number memory 17 which stores a telephone number of the outgoing side communication terminal as a standby telephone number and a message processing part 22 which switches the call termination control part 21 to a standby mode for terminating only an outgoing call from the standby telephone number when a call back announcement message for announcing that the call back is performed is received from the outgoing side communication terminal of the standby telephone number. Thus, the call back is surely received by controlling the permission/rejection of the incoming call when the call back seems to come without requiring the complicated operation.
