PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sleep-induced apnea and to reduce snoring.;SOLUTION: A fabric bag with a size of 40 cm in length, 27 cm in width, and 10 cm in thickness is made first, and a plastic case with an elliptic neck is put into the bag, which perfectly fits in the bag. While sleeping, the bag is placed on the back, fastening a belt made with a Velcro tape (R) set in a collar tape to fix it on the body. Next, the user needs to lie down on his side or on his stomach. It is difficult to sleep on his back because the bag works as a wall, and even if he can lie on his back, it is just temporary. Therefore, this is considered to greatly help to reduce snoring. Actually, the inventor had been worried about sleeping apnea for long time and made a trial model as above. The inventor has been using it and now there is no apnea but only slight snoring.
