PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rotary device capable of maintaining continuous rotation without using power from the outside and apply it to various energy devices to put it to good use for preventing global warming.;SOLUTION: This rotary machine capable of holding an imbalance condition always and continuously is designed and manufactured and then is connected with a motor and is completed as the energy device. Judging from the law of thermodynamics, since there are anxieties about heat generation and damage of an axle of a wheel due to friction, limit for use such as "This rotary machine must not be continuously used for ...hours or more, etc." is forcedly provided to enable its use during a considerably long period of time. This rotary machine is finished as a product under the main point for making the most of the long period of time effectively by using the main point as a slogan.
