METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE WEB BASED ON AT LEAST TWO WEBS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem related to the generation of a gap of a segment against a second web.;SOLUTION: This device (1) for producing a fibrous web (2) by cross-lamination based on two parallel vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5) and the cut segment (6) of a different vertically directional fibrous web (3) is provided by having a fixing table (40) at which both of the vertically directional webs (4, 5) and the segment (6) meet. Further, the device (1) has a pair of high electric voltage rods (60) arranged as movable to the fixing table (40). When the segment (6) is at a correct objective position for the vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5) on the fixing table (40), the pair of the electrodes (60) are actuated and moved to the segment (6) and vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5), and the segment (6) and the vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5) are positioned in between the high voltage rods (61, 62). As a result, the segment (6) is fixed to the vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5) and then fed to a different device (80) for finally being joined with the vertically directional fibrous webs (4, 5).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
