PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate a load applied on a worker in a manual work and to prevent a work from being deformed by enabling a seam welding apparatus (or a work) to be rotated without requiring large power.;SOLUTION: The seam welding machine 3 comprises: two roller electrodes 25, 27 performing seam welding to the object to be welded; a power source 5 performing energization to the two roller electrodes 25, 27; a pressurization means 24 for pressurizing the roller electrode 25 toward the roller electrode 27; first rotary driving means 26, 29 rotating the respective roller electrodes 25, 27 around an axis passing through the center of the roller electrodes 25, 27 and further almost orthogonal to the radial direction of the roller electrodes 25, 27; and a second rotary driving means 30 rotating the roller electrode 27 around an axis almost orthogonal to the tangential direction of the roller 27 passing through the contact between the object to be welded and the roller electrode 27, and to the rotary axis direction of the roller electrodes 25, 27 by the first rotary driving means 26, 29.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
