PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common query graph pattern generation device and method and a program for generation for generating a query graph pattern for acquiring information with a structure having common implications relevant to information input by a user or preset information when retrieving information with which a query graph pattern is matched from among a large amount of data having the graph structure.;SOLUTION: A common query graph pattern generating device acquires a retrieval subgraph matched with a retrieval query graph pattern for retrieving a path existing among a plurality of nodes or property acquired from a graph structure database 30 based on information input from a user terminal 20 or preset information.
