BRIGHTNESS CORRECTING DEVICE FOR MOTION PICTURE, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF AND CONTROL PROGRAM THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute brightness correction suitable for an image portion of a face in a motion picture. PSOLUTION: A brightness correction parameter Sn for a still picture which is used for executing brightness correction suitable for a subject image 40n is calculated from an image portion 41n of a face of a subject image 40n and entire of the subject image 40n. A brightness correction parameter Mn for motion image is calculated using the calculated brightness correction parameter Sn for a still picture and a brightness correction parameter M(n-k) for a motion image which is calculated in a subject image 40(n-k) of a previous frame. The calculated correction parameter Mn for a motion picture is used to correct the brightness of the subject image 40n and subject images acquired thereafter. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
