MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CHARACTER BODY FOR ADVERTISEMENT, AND CHARACTER BODY FOR ADVERTISEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower manufacturing costs by enabling even a beginner to easily fix a plate material (peripheral wall plate) to a bottom plate and to fix the plate material to the bottom plate in a short period of time.;SOLUTION: While plate materials 5a and 5b are held at right angles to the bottom plate 4 by bringing internal surfaces of their lower ends into contact with end surfaces 4a and 4a of the bottom plate 4, a tape 40 is stuck on the bottom plate 4 and external surfaces of plate materials 5a and 5b therealong and temporarily fixed. Then an adhesive 30 is discharged from the tip of a nozzle 32 of a tube 31 to coat the bottom plate 4 and inner corners of the plate materials 5a and 5b along the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 4. After the adhesive 30 is dried, the tape 40 is removed. Then a plate made of, for example, acrylic resin having a character profiled is bonded and fixed to the upper inner peripheral surface of a peripheral wall plate 5, and thus the character body for advertisement is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
