PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe skin care preparation for external use for hair growth having an excellent usability, wherein the hair-growing, hair- nourishing and hair loss-preventing actions are promoted on hair loss, hair thinning and baldness caused by age-related hormone reduction. PSOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use for hair growth is allowed to contain at least one crude drug essence having a body-fluid action (Chuling, Hoelen, Ginseng, Dong quai, capsicum, Chen pi, bitter orange peel, Tao Ren, or the like) and at least one crude drug essence having a vascularization action (plants belonging to genus Evolvulus).
