PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing fusion cells to produce a mouse monoclonal antibody by developing a method for using a lymph node even of a mouse since a method with which an antigen emulsion is immunologically administered to a hind leg and an iliac lymph node is used as origin of B cells is established in the case of a rat and has efficiency of approximately 10 times that of a method using a mouse spleen.;SOLUTION: The method for preparing a monoclonal antibody comprises: taking out an iliac lymph node; growing in the case of injecting an antigen to the base (tail head part) of mouse tail, within 30 days from the antigen injection; and preparing fusion cells to produce a mouse monoclonal antibody.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
