PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrawideband load-distributed wireless communications system capable of realizing efficient throughput over whole radio stations and the whole communications system by developing a wireless access system by which loads are distributed to a plurality of radio frequency channels with an ultrawide waveband. PSOLUTION: The ultrawideband load-distributed wireless communication system, wherein a plurality of wireless stations share a radio space configured with different radio frequency channels at a plurality of bands includes a means 6 that searches a radio frequency channel usable over a wide band for the wireless stations and detects a channel state of the radio frequency channel by analyzing the received signal; a means 7 of distributing transmission data to each radio frequency channel, on the basis of the channel state; and means 8, 9 for selecting a proper transmission data rate variable modulation system for supplementing a difference between the transmission qualities and transmittable data rates between different wireless links to modulate a transmission signal.
