Forward channel of the communication from base station is completed in carrier wave, communication equipment (203) executes backward channel into mobile communication equipment (220) and ultra-wideband communications from mobile communications device (220) to base station communication apparatus (203). Therefore, the power requirement of mobile communication equipment (220) substantially reduces.
