PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a participant in an electronic conference under the consideration of a network load.;SOLUTION: When an electronic conference starts, one conference terminal 4 is set as a master terminal, and the other conference terminals are set as use terminals. When receiving operation content by any conference terminal 4, a master terminal function processing part 14 in the master terminal distributes the operation content to the other conference terminals, and a use terminal function processing part 16 in the use terminal maintains the identity of a display document in each conference terminal 4 by reflecting the operation content on a display document. When the master terminal distributes a master terminal transfer request to each use terminal, a transfer processing part 24 in each use terminal determines whether or not its own use terminal serves as the next master terminal according to a common rule, and the use terminal determined to be the master sets itself as the master terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
