PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of an investor to be caused due to a privately placed bond, and to simultaneously reduce the risk of a privately placed bond issuing body by further increasing attractiveness of a privately placed bond by the reduction.;SOLUTION: This privately placed bond fund operation processor is configured to process the fund raising and management of a privately placed bond among a fund server, an issuing body terminal which issues the privately placed bond and an investor terminal and an execution union member terminal which are connected to a telecommunication line, and is provided with a screen information display means for displaying a fund registration picture according to a signal from the execution union member terminal and a storage means for registering pieces of information collected by a screen displayed by the screen information display means.
