PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing vasculogenesis endothelial cells in order to facilitate collection of vasculogenesis cells and to provide a method for identifying a bioactive agent forming tubules from normal endothelial cells.;SOLUTION: The method for inducing tubulogenesis in the normal endothelial cells in vitro comprises co-culturing the normal endothelial cells together with tumor cells and forming the tubules from the normal endothelial cells. Thereby, the normal endothelial cells are brought into contact with the prospective bioactive agent to monitor a change in the tubulogenesis caused by the presence of the bioactive agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
