PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generation of a vibration phenomenon with favorable responsiveness, to carry out size and weight reduction, to improve energy efficiency, and to transmit high grade information such as character information to an organism in an information transmitting device.;SOLUTION: The information transmitting device is provided with a small vibration actuator 1 carrying out vibration motion, a pulse generator 2 generating pulse voltage, and a voltage amplifier 3 amplifying the pulse voltage. The small vibration actuator 1 is provided with two lead wire parts 4, an insulating part 5, and a shape memory alloy body 6. The pulse generator 2 generates a pulse wave vibrating the shape memory alloy body 6 of the small vibration actuator 1, and the voltage amplifier 3 amplifies the pulse wave to a predetermined voltage. When the pulse wave is applied, the shape memory alloy body 6 vibrates, and it transmits information to an organism. Size and weight reduction, and improvement of energy efficiency of the information transmitting device can be achieved, a vibrating phenomenon with favorable responsiveness is presented, and high grade information such as character information can be transmitted to the organism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
