PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a multicore cable capable of evading inconveniences caused by soldering connection and capable of easily connecting extra-fine coaxial cables arranged with a narrow pitch in connecting the center conductor of the multicore cable provided with a plurality numbers of the extra-fine coaxial cables to a conductor pattern part of a circuit board, and provide a manufacturing method of the multicore cable and the multicore cable connection structural body.;SOLUTION: The multicore cable 1 is provided with the center conductor 3, an insulator 4 to cover the outer periphery of the center conductor 3, and a plurality numbers of the extra-fine coaxial cables 2 having the outer conductor 5 to cover the outer periphery of the insulator 4. Then, the center conductor 3 and the conductor pattern part 10 of the circuit board are connected by an anisotropic adhesive 11.
