PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a multicore cable capable of avoiding inconvenience caused by soldering connection when external conductors of the multicore cable having a plurality of ultrafine coaxial cables are connected to a ground bar for grounding the external conductors, and capable of easily connecting the ultrafine coaxial cables; and to provide a multicore cable and a method of manufacturing a multicore cable connection structure.;SOLUTION: The multicore cable 1 includes the plurality of ultrafine coaxial cables 2 each having a center conductor 3, an insulating material 4 for covering the circumference of the center conductor 3, and the external conductor 5 covering the circumference of the insulating material 4. The external conductors 5 and the ground bar 7 are connected by a conductive adhesive 8.
