PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch switch having designed face with metallic work free from erroneous operation.;SOLUTION: The touch switch has a contact part 12 formed on a front surface of a base resin layer 10, a metal layer 14 arranged on a back surface of the base resin layer 10 at an area corresponding to the contact part 12, and a static capacity detecting circuit 16 electrically connected to the metal layer 14.
