PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus by which a semisolidified metallic slurry material P' can be easily fed without fail to a regular position in a sleeve 5, a feeding method, a molding apparatus, and a molding method.;SOLUTION: A metallic material S in a molten state is poured into a vessel 2 which has a bottom and is held upright. When the metallic material has become a semisolidified metallic slurry material P', the bottomed vessel 2 is turned sideways by a support 3 supporting the bottomed vessel 2. The bottomed vessel 2 in the lying state is divided and separated into a bottom 2a and a barrel 2b. Simultaneously, the barrel 2b having the semisolidified metallic slurry material (P') enclosed therein is held in the lying state by a supporting arm 4 and moved to a material setting position in the sleeve 5 of an injection molding machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
