PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnish impregnation method that can effectively and satisfactorily remove air from fiber sheet substrate for impregnation.;SOLUTION: After it is impregnated with varnish 2, the fiber sheet substrate 1 is introduced into a reduced pressure space 3 that is liquid-sealed with this varnish. Then, as the fiber sheet substrate 1 is led out from the reduced pressure space 3, the fiber sheet substrate is introduced into the varnish 2 that can keep the liquid-sealing of the reduced pressure space 3. Since the fiber sheet substrate 1 can avoid the exposure to the normal pressure outer air immediately after passing the reduced pressure space 3, the normal pressure outside air (the atmospheric air) becomes not to act on the fiber sheet substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
