PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure lowering effect by enabling a user himself/herself to selectively and simultaneously stimulate a large number of acupuncture points concerned with blood pressure existing at both of his/her hands without depending on a therapist.;SOLUTION: A palm inside apparatus 10 which is grippingly held in a gap of the palms in the posture of joining his/her hands in prayer easily to selectively and simultaneously stimulates a plurality of acupuncture points concerned with blood pressure represented by a palm center point V6 etc. existing on the side of the palm through a pressurizing body 12 positioned at a prescribed position, and palm outside apparatus 20 which inserts and holds both of the hands in the posture of joining his/her hands in prayer easily from the side of the backs of the hands to selectively and simultaneously stimulates a plurality of acupuncture points concerned with blood pressure represented by acupuncture points on the side of the backs of the hands between the thumb and the pointing finger V7 through the pressurizing body 12 positioned at a prescribed position are combined to constitute the stimulator 30 of the acupuncture point concerned with blood pressure.
