PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interaction scenario conversion device automatically reading contents of a table displayed by hypertext by expression understandable to a user aloud by voice. PSOLUTION: This voice interaction scenario conversion device comprises: a table extraction means extracting text data corresponding to a table portion from hypertext data; a table kind decision means collating table data extracted by the table extraction means with a table kind database and deciding the kind of the table shown by the table data; an attribute impartment means imparting an attribute to each keyword appearing in the table data; and a voice interaction scenario production means specifying a scenario template previously prepared in each the table kind according to a decision result of the table kind decision means, inserting the keyword according to the attribute designated in the specified scenario template, and producing a voice interaction scenario.
