DECK DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL PARKING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb a three-dimensional shake caused by an earthquake while being safe in getting on and off a vehicle.;SOLUTION: This deck device 31 for a horizontal circulating type parking facility provided with a base isolating member between an underground structure and a ground structure 5, is composed of: a first deck 33 with the base end side supported to the ground structure 5 and with the leading end extending toward the inside of an opening 17; and a second deck 35 with the base end side supported to the upper end of a frame body 23 liftably supporting a lift and with the leading end extending toward the inner peripheral edge of the opening 17. The first and second decks 33, 35 are constituted by juxtaposing a large number of long-sized plates 37 with spaces to extend in a horizonal direction and to allow the plate faces to face each other within the horizontal plane. The respective long-sized plates 37 of the first and second decks 33, 35 form upper faces almost flush within the horizontal plane in an ordinary time with no occurrence of an earthquake, while they are engaged with each other in comb tooth shape so that they can follow the three-dimensional shake at the occurrence of an earthquake.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
