PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a timer time for controlling the stop of full closing to be set with proper workability in electric opening/closing equipment for a building, which is arranged in an opening.;SOLUTION: A control part 7a is provided with a mode switching means 7e for performing switching to a timer time setting mode by the special operations of a control switch 6 and an remote-control implement 12. In the means 7e, the time when a shutter curtain 1 makes a closing motion from a pre-full-closing position to a full-closing position is measured by a T5 timer which constitutes a timer time measuring means 7f, and the time when a preset time is added to the value of the measured time is set as a T3 timer time by a timer time setting means 7g.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
