PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel lithographic printing plate material which is a single-layer phase change type sensitive material forming an image part with exposure, of which the polarity is inverted by that a thermally responsive polarity change material contained in a capsule is made uniformly compatible with a resin layer by heating with the exposure, while the polarity thereof is inverted, and the temperature turns back subsequently to a normal, and which can thereby produce an essentially high strength and high polarity difference.;SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate material comprises an image forming layer containing the microcapsule and a hydrophilic substrate, wherein the microcapsule contains a compound which reversibly causes a change in the polarity according to the temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
