PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment agent composition and a bullet for a marker using the same, effectively used as a means to be attached to an object from a long distance in discriminating or tracking the object, as a conventional color ball used as the marker for anticrime measures can not be discriminated in the night as the discrimination marker is liquid ink, and further a tracking device such as GPS specifying a position by utilizing an RF tag and satellite discriminating the object from the long distance can not be attached to the discriminated object.;SOLUTION: This impact shock energy absorbing attachment agent composition has (1) a ball tack value under 0-40°C, based on JIS Z0237, of 2 or more, (2) tensile shear bond strength under 20°C, based on JIS K6850, of 2N/cm² or more, and (3) a flow starting temperature of 100°C or less, and the bullet for the marker is constituted by putting the impact shock energy absorbing attachment agent composition in an elastic case.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
