PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered electroconductive oxide compact which can suitably detect a temperature in a temperature range from a low temperature of -40°C to a high temperature of 900°C or higher, and a thermister element using the compact and a temperature sensor using the thermister element.;SOLUTION: The sintered electroconductive oxide compact 1 which constitutes the thermister element 2 has a compositional formula represented by M1aM2 bM3cAldCreOf, when M1 represents at least one element of the group 3A elements except La, M2 represents at least one element of the group 2A elements, M3 represents at least one element of the groups 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A and 8 elements except Cr, wherein a, b, c, d, e and f satisfy 0.600≤a≤1.000, 0≤b≤0.400, 0.150≤c0.600, 0.400≤d≤0.800, 0e≤0.050, 0e/(c+e)≤0.18 and 2.80≤f≤3.30, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
