PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person using a laundry apparatus in its store to enter the store even after a door of its entrance is locked after business hour of a coin laundry.;SOLUTION: When using the laundry apparatus after the business finish time of the coil laundry passes, a card is issued for a card issuer.
