PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring material capable of being used for suitably drawing a color design picture on a surface of every kind of material which is not conventionally thought to be a target for being furnished with the color design picture, such as a surface of snow or ice and a surface of soil of a ground or a lawn, not permanently but only for a desired period, to provide a set of the coloring materials, and to provide a method for drawing the color design picture using the same.;SOLUTION: This viscous coloring material 1 is obtained by together mixing a water-soluble color material 4, a water-absorbing polymer 2 for improving colorability, and water 3.
