SIMULATED BUILDING SET, AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING BUILDING STRUCTURE BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building satisfying the needs of a customer.;SOLUTION: A simulated building 1 is constructed, by using outer walls 3 and partition walls 5 of a standard-sized building, according to the floor plan prepared beforehand, and a simulated building set is constructed by arranging simulated equipment 7, simulated furniture 8 and the like in the simulated building 1 so that reality of the structure of the building can be experienced. The outer walls 3 and the partition walls 5 are available in various width and the simulated building 1 is constructed by selecting and erecting a plurality of these simulated walls of various width side by side. The customer enters the simulated building set, experiences simulation of actual life, checks whether there are inconveniences, and requests for changes in the size and arrangement. A building trader side modifies the design in response to the customer's request, and can provide a building meeting the needs of the customer. The simulated building set can be modified according to the customer's request and the actual building can be constructed on the basis of the modified wall width, arrangement of equipment and furniture and the like.
