LEAKAGE OIL SENSING ELEMENT AND LEAKAGE OIL SENSING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage oil sensing element and leakage oil sensing device for sensing oil leakage with excellent repeatability, using a simple device and a simper method.;SOLUTION: (1) The leakage oil sensing element includes electrode plates at both ends of a cylindrical container, wherein an opening window is provided at the center section of the container and a mixture of conductive carbon graphite particles and resistance particles fills the container. In order to prevent omission of the mixture with the conductive carbon graphite particles and filling resistance particles, the electrodes are preferably provided at the front of both the ends of the container made of a high molecular compound and also separated to each other in the leakage oil sensing element with the cylindrical container having a structure with both the ends closed. (2) The oil sensing device includes the leakage oil sensing elements, a leakage oil collection structure for collecting oil leaked out, and a resistance change sensing amplifier for measuring the current between the electrodes of the leakage oil sensing element.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
