PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life diagnosis/maintenance management system for a plant capable of meeting a variety of requests by means of a variety of menus.;SOLUTION: The system for performing life diagnosis/maintenance management of plant devices forming a plant is constructed in which, for a plant user requesting the life diagnosis/maintenance management of the plant devices forming the plant and for a contractor performing the diagnosis/maintenance of the plant devices, a service providing server provides a variety of information to the plant user's information terminal 1 and to the contractor's information terminal 2 via a network. In this case, the service providing server includes a Web site 5, a transaction window 6, a group of databases 10, a group of life diagnosis modules 8, a group of maintenance management planning modules 9, and a group of contracting/billing modules 11.
