PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffuse reflecting plate on which a thin stripe-shaped visual defective pattern visually confirmed and appearing in a cutting direction is suppressed, and which has a lens array-shaped concave curved face of high precision, and further to provide a laminated body for transfer molding, a metallic mold for transfer molding and its processing method.;SOLUTION: The diffuse reflecting plate is formed of a thin film on which a plurality of concave curved faces 2 of a circular shape or an elliptical shape are provided, and which has a reflecting film on a surface of the concave curved face. In the diffuse reflecting plate, a transfer molding cut mark is formed at least on a part of a surface of the concave curved face. The transfer molding cut mark formed on the surface of the concave curved face is formed with a cutting direction different from that of at least a part of the transfer molding cut mark on a surface of other concave curved face near the concave curved face.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
