PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction apparatus, a noise reduction method, a noise reduction program and a sound collection apparatus for electronic apparatus by which wind noise can be minimized strongly by properly selecting an audio signal with a minimum level from audio signals from a plurality of microphones for a prescribed period and using the selected signal for recomposition.;SOLUTION: The noise reduction apparatus includes: a plurality of first level detection means 66, 68 that calculate an arithmetic mean of signals with a plurality of prescribed bands extracted from the audio signals and detect signal levels of the extracted signals with the bands for a prescribed period; a second level detection means 67 that detects a level of the resulting signal subjected to the arithmetic mean for the prescribed period; and a selection means that selects a signal with a least level among the levels detected by the level detection means 66, 68 and the second detection means 67 for each prescribed period, and the signal selected by the selection means is subjected to band limit, band composition is applied to the signal subjected to the band limit and the audio signals whose bands are other than the extracted bands by each audio channel, resulting in obtaining an output signal of each audio channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
