PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio information reproducing system in which transmis sion is surely conducted for a down mixed synthesis coefficient table having an amount of information that can not be transmitted in one isochronous cycle and to reproduce audio information based on an accurate correspondence rela tionship.;SOLUTION: A synthesis coefficient table CT and audio information to be down mixed are detected from an optical disk (a step 7). Table parity(TP) data are independently generated to indicate the correspondence relationship between the detected audio information and the table CT. Then, an isochronous packet is formed to include at least one of the audio information or the table CT or the TP data and the packet is outputted onto a serial bus (steps S6, S8 and S10). Then, an amplifier which receives the packet recognizes the table CT and the audio information having the correspondence relationship by using the TP data and the audio information is down mixed by employing the synthesis coefficient table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
