PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical control device or the like in which the driving of a movable part is accurately controlled according to an input signal.;SOLUTION: The optical control device has an optical system for control light 130, a transparent electrode 202 which is optically transparent, a variable electric conductivity part 203 in which the electric resistance is variable according to the light quantity of control light L, a driving electrode 210, a movable part 108, a power source 209 which applies a predetermined electric voltage between the transparent electrode 202 and the movable part 108, and a resistor part 220 having a predetermined value of resistance and being provided between the driving electrode 210 and the movable part 108. The predetermined value of resistance of the resistor part 220 is a value between the minimum resistance value and the maximum resistance value of the variable electric conductivity part 203, predetermined force F corresponding to the resistance of the variable electric conductivity part 203 is generated between the driving electrode 210 and the movable part 108 by making the control light L incident into the transparent electrode 202, and the movable part 108 is moved by the predetermined force F.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
