PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system and method for controlling a cellular radio communication network using the protocol analyzer and the mobile station in which an analyzed network part is accurately located and an actual state in an operation at ground is grasped. ;SOLUTION: The system is provided with a fixed or non-movable means (groups 21, 31, 41, 61 of protocol analyzer) to record and to time-stamp signal information propagated via any interface among monitored interfaces, a fixed means (signal data bases 24, 34, 44, 64 and transmission means 25) to log signal data subject to recording and time-stamping, and a means (local limit database 10 and mobile control unit 45) to couple local limit information with the signal information to locate accurately a part of the cellular radio communication network placed on a down-line from each interface in which signal information is recorded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
