PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device comprising an indirect evaporative cooling function, and a 24-hour ventilating function, and capable of being installed in a dwelling house. PSOLUTION: This ventilating device 1A comprises an air supply flow channel 9A communicating from an outside air suction opening 5 to a supply air supplying opening 6 through an air supply fan 2 and a product air flow channel 11b of an indirect evaporative cooling unit 4, and an exhaust air flow channel 10A communicating from a return air suction opening 7 to an exhaust air supply opening 8 through a working air flow channel 11a of the indirect evaporative cooling unit 4 and an exhaust fan 3. A supply air flow rate adjusting damper 14 is disposed in the air supply flow channel 9A, an exhaust air flow rate adjusting damper 15 is disposed in the exhaust air flow channel 10A, and a flow rate of at least one of working air and product air is adjusted to control an air supply temperature from the supply air supplying opening 6. Further a flow rate of return air from the return air suction opening 7 and a flow rate of supply air from the supply air supplying opening 6 are adjusted to replace the air in a building at a predetermined time.
