PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medical diagnostic system and a nuclear medical diagnostic method with excellent energy resolution.;SOLUTION: The nuclear medical diagnostic system comprises an adhesive structure in which a semiconductor device S and metallic conductive members 22, 23 adhere to each other with a conductive adhesive 21A comprising conductive particles and a resin binder, a structure in which electric charges generated when radiation enters the semiconductor device S are retrieved as a signal through a detection circuit 30 from the conductive members 22, 23 through the conductive adhesive 21A, an energizing means 40 for passing a current a current which is larger than the current caused by the electric charges generated when the radiation enters through at least the conductive adhesive 21A, and a protection circuit 31 for protecting the detection circuit 30 from the current passed by the energizing means 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
