PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route retrieving method capable of increasing an average processing speed by utilizing a recommended value table of a route number parameter, and capable of improving route quality.;SOLUTION: A default of the route number parameter is set in an arrangement R (S30), and it is determined whether a retrieving condition of a user fulfills set conditions or not (S31). When all of the set conditions are fulfilled, a recommended value parameter of the recommended value table is read (S32), and it is binary-retrieved whether the retrieved departure station and the destination station exist or not (S33). When the set conditions are not fulfilled, route retrieving algorithm is executed as it is. When the departure station and the destination station retrieved exist in the recommended value table, the value of the corresponding recommended value parameter is overwritten in the arrangement R (S34), and the algorithm of the route retrieving is executed based on the arrangement R.
