PURPOSE: A goods allocating system, a goods allocating method, and a goods allocating program for intentionally and efficiently delivering goods, and a storing medium are provided to make a goods delivery system efficiently by previously fixing a destination of the goods to be enterer. CONSTITUTION: A management center(5) is equipped with a sales prediction system(7), a frame management/distribution system(8), and an order reception system(9). The sale prediction system predicts sales amount of each item in every week, and informs a prediction result to the frame management/distribution system and a maker system(12). The frame management/distribution system allocates the goods to be entered by performing a distributing process using a distribution frame structure and delivery management using a collection closing time. The order reception system receives order data of the customer from a sales company system(14), provides it to the frame management/distribution system, and receives a distribution result for an order from the frame managing/allocating system.
